2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on camille-lachal.myshopify.com by consumers (B2C) in France and internationally.

3. Products & Orders All prints are produced on demand. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the product description, price, and these terms. Orders are confirmed by email upon payment.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.

5. Production & Delivery Orders are produced within 2–5 business days and shipped via our fulfillment partner (Gelato). Delivery times vary by destination. The customer will receive tracking information by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. As all prints are made to order, this exemption applies. Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a reprint or refund — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Complaints & Disputes For any complaint, contact us at filmbycami@gmail.com. In the event of an unresolved dispute, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by French law.
