Return and Refund Policy

All items available on Camille Lachal are photographic prints made on demand, specially produced for you. Every order is unique and only created after your purchase is confirmed.

Non-returnable items Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, all items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The item received does not match your order (wrong product or wrong format)

Claims If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at filmbycami@gmail.com, including photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Right of withdrawal (EU) In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c)).

Taxes and customs duties For international orders, any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
