Shipping Policy

All items on camille lachal are photographic prints produced on demand by our production partner. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Production time Each order is produced after payment confirmation. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• 🇪🇺 Europe : 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
• 🇺🇸 United States : 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
• 🌍 Rest of the world : 7 to 14 business days after dispatch

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Customs and duties For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
